GroPower Inc., incorporated in 2007, was formed to pursue environmentally responsible projects. We believe that being profitable and being environmentally responsible can go hand in hand. GroPower continually seeks out new ideas, new opportunities and new ways of doing things. With the upcoming debut of our Electric Eagle Trike prototype we are positioned to become leaders in the electric vehicle market in the Philippines.

What

Our flagship project is the development of a replacement for the tricycles used as short distance public transportation in the Philippines. These vehicles will eliminate completely the air quality, noise and global warming pollution of the vehicles they replace. They are also more economical to run, perform better and have a higher standard of safety.

Why

We measure our success with a 3 point checklist: Environmental Impact, Societal Impact and Economic Impact.

• Environmental Impact: Does it make a demonstrable, positive impact on the environment?
• Societal Impact: Does it promote real change at the grass roots level?
• Economic Impact: Is it a viable business and does it increase the livelihoods of those directly affected?
